Andrew D. Titus, Esq. - Principal & Founder


Andrew is the Founder and Principal of COGO Sourcing, LLC. He has spent the past 20 years consulting AMLaw 100 law firms and corporate legal departments to improve efficiency through the better use of technology and workflow. Prior to founding COGO, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer of Update Discovery, a division of Update Legal, where he built a managed review division for the $100 million staffing company. In just two years of operation, Update Discovery attracted many high-profile clients, including Google and Becton Dickenson.

Naima Walker Fierce, Esq. - Partner


Naima is a partner at COGO Partners. Prior to joining COGO, Naima ran the Fierce Group, LLC, a Washington, DC and Nashville, TN based firm focused on law firm legal recruiting. Naima spent ten years leading the legal recruiting efforts of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, one of the world's most prestigious law firms, where she was a member of the firm's Executive Director Group, together with the heads of Finance, IT, Marketing and HR, and was involved in a broad range of high-level finance, business and law firm administrative matters. Prior to Weil, Naima practiced corporate law at Winston & Strawn and was previously Assistant General Counsel at Clear Channel Entertainment. .

Leslie Berger, Esq. - Director of Legal Recruiting

Leslie Berger is a former practicing attorney who began her career as a Staff Attorney with the Federal Trade Commission and later as a commercial litigator. As a legal recruiter she has placed associates, partners, in house counsel and legal support personnel within law firms and corporations. She specializes in both direct hire and contract placements. As an experienced attorney, she brings unique insight to the legal workplace demands, client needs and candidate qualifications.

Amy Stisser - Director of Legal Recruiting

Prior to joining CoGo, Amy worked in the legal recruiting departments of two global law firms – Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. While leading the global recruiting team at Milbank, Amy worked closely with recruits of all levels as well as attorneys, firm management, and administrators, becoming knowledgeable of the business side of a firm, as well as its practice needs.

Amy graduated from The College of William & Mary with her B.A. in English. While still working in the legal recruiting field, inspired by her experiences mentoring law students, she also earned her masters degree in Education from New York University.
